1:30 PM Wednesday 5/20 2015 – A prospective customer was stuck with an 8+ week part delivery from his current local die casting part supplier. He contacted us to see if we could help with a faster delivery. Kinetic Die Casting Company received a Die Casting Mold for inspection and a purchase order to run 1,000 parts ASAP as soon as possible.

This die casting mold makes automotive aftermarket parts for car heater and car air conditioning systems. Our die casting manager got right on the job. He was ready to load the die into one of our die casting machines the next day. We will complete the production requirement within two business days of receiving the tool. Our typical delivery is less than 4 weeks, many times less than 2 weeks. This is a service we provide to all of our customers when they get in a bind for production parts.
