How We Make Aluminum Handles
Kinetic Die Casting Company makes many types of aluminum hardware, such as aluminum handles. Aluminum Handle Hardware parts are common everywhere. These handles are in vehicles, cars, doors, enclosures, equipment and homes. Hardware parts from aluminum handles or brackets are produced near net shape, which means it can be produced without any welding pieces or assembly pieces. A die casting aluminum handle is stronger than a weldament. This makes Aluminum handle hardware very easy to use, light weight and at the same time strong. They are a common sight in equipment, household door knobs, stops, shower knobs, cabinets, bolts, garden furniture, locks, lifts, kitchen utensils, sliding doors window handles and almost everything you can see at home.
We make these handles using the aluminum die casting process. This process uses high pressure to inject molten aluminum into a steel mold to produce handle hardware parts.
Kinetic Die Casting Company makes aluminum die castings as Die Casting Aluminum Brackets. As a Die Casting Company, we make these parts every day and ship thousands of these aluminum die castings every week. Contact us to get die casting prices http://www.kineticdiecasting.com/replyform.html.

Tax Day 2018
The term “Tax Day” refers to April 15th in the United States and is understood as the tax deadline to file individual or personal tax forms and make the required payments to the their State and the IRS (Internal Revenue Service).
American Tax Day
History (from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tax_Day_(United_States))
Federal income tax was introduced with the Revenue Act of 1861 to help fund the Civil War, and subsequently repealed, re-adopted, and held unconstitutional. The early taxes were based on assessments, not voluntary tax returns. Tax payment dates varied by act.
The case of Pollock v. Farmers’ Loan & Trust Co. challenged the constitutionality of the Wilson–Gorman Tariff Act of 1894 which taxed incomes over $4,000 at the rate of two percent. The case was decided by the United States Supreme Court in 1895. The Supreme Court decided that the Act’s unapportioned income taxes on interest, dividends, and rents were effectively direct taxes. The Act was therefore unconstitutional because it violated the Constitution’s rule that direct taxes be apportioned among the states.[8] In 1913, eighteen years later, the Sixteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution was ratified. This Amendment gave the United States Congress the legal authority to tax all incomes without regard to the apportionment requirement.
The filing deadline for individuals was March 1 in 1913 (the first year of a federal income tax), and was changed to March 15 in 1918 and again to April 15 in 1955. Today, the filing deadline for U.S. federal income tax returns for individuals remains April 15 or, in the event that the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the first succeeding day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or holiday.
This year the filing deadline is April 17, 2018

Airplane Bracket Castings
Spotting Bracket Die Castings in several very different locations is interesting. While I was traveling in a Boeing 747-700 Airplane I discovered that the “Seat-Back Tray-Table” is held up using by two aluminum die casting parts as Bracket Castings. These bracket castings were attached to the seat back of the seat in front and to a plastic tray table. These aluminum bracket die castings are painted white to match their surroundings. These aluminum brackets are strong enough to hold a laptop or a plate of food or even the hands of someone working a puzzle or a book. These brackets are strong because they are designed using geometry that gives the bracket casting strength with corner radii and ribs and gussets.
Aluminum Die Casting Airplane Parts are very common. Most airplanes are made from aluminum as the metal of choice. Aluminum die castings are lightweight and strong.
