Another year is coming to a close and another year, 2013, is peeking around the corner. As we prepare to face the New Year, I want to give you an update on our holiday schedule, the state of our die casting business and offer my sincere thanks for trusting us with your die casting products.

Holiday Closure (12/20/12-1/2/13)

I would like to remind you that we will be closed at Kinetic Die Casting Company for Christmas and New Year holidays. We will be closed from Thursday, December 20, 2012 until Wednesday January 2, 2013.

Kinetic Die Casting Business Update

Although the U.S. Economy is not the best the last couple years, our year of 2012 here at Kinetic Die Casting Company has improved drastically from years before. We are financially more stable than in any of our prior 18 years of being in business. We are continuing our journey of continuous improvement of die casting parts production quantity and quality. In fact, we are also in the process of implementing a better quality system that will further insure your quality parts. The next year seems promising and I hope that you will continue to rely on us for all your quality aluminum and zinc parts. Kinetic Die Casting Continuing Improvements

• We have implemented many new Lean Manufacturing processes for die casting.
• We are shipping die casting parts in many cases the day the parts are produced in the die casting machine.
• Our production quality continues to improve.
• Because of our increased capacity we have improved our delivery time.
• We delivered more high quality parts this year than in prior years.
• We are using our many die casting mold bases or tool holders from our prior competitor purchases to mount die casting inserts for our customers.

Our Goals for 2013

We will complete our quality certification. We have operated as being Mil-I-4508 and IS0/AS compliant. We are making improvements that will streamline our ISO certification process for our quality certification.

I am excited about the coming year. I know that 2013 will be a year of great and positive transitions for our U.S. economy and for the U.S. manufacturers, who are our customers.
