2.
Die cast parts are being fashioned at a faster rate than most of the processes. Also, it needs little to no secondary machining.
3.
Due to its high accuracy when it comes to details, die cast parts are dimensionally stable. In addition, it is also long-lasting.
4.
The surface of die casting parts is fairly smoother than the metal cast parts shaped by other methods. Also, the surface could be fashioned with a wide variety of consistencies.
5.
Die cast parts, compared to the metal castings formed by other methods, can be accomplished with thinner walls.
Advantages of Investment Casting
1.
Investment casting brings the designer the freedom and pliability of almost countless alloy choices, and also elasticity in inside and outside configurations.
2.
Investment casting parts are industrial in a way that only insignificant secondary machining is vital.

Changes at Kinetic Die Casting Company
Kinetic Die Casting Company (http://www.kineticdiecasting.com) has experienced several changes over the last few months.
- The day we celebrated 1400 days without a work related accident, we received a notice from an employee who has been out for personal medical reasons, that they believe they were injured a year prior and that injury caused their recent medical problems.
- Our engineer, George Binder, who has been with us for over four years, is no longer with us.
- We received over 100 die casting tools and inserts this year and finding more local toolmakers who can mount tooling inserts quickly is a becoming problem.
As a result of the above, we responded as follows:
- We will continue to celebrate our current employees’ efforts in working safely 1400+ days.
- We are searching for another manufacturing engineer to fill in the open position left by the departure of George Binder.
- We are denying the Workers Compensation claim and we have statements and proof of the fraudulence of the claim.
We are growing better as well as growing in sales. Our customers are guaranteed happiness by our teams, staff and sales department.
We are still making progress on our new ERP/MRP system we purchased this year. We are still making progress in our AS9100 Certification. We are still producing parts for almost every manufacturing industry.

Functions of a Die Casting Company
Functions of a Die Casting Company. Die casting is an ordinary procedure in the metalworking industry. Die cast metal parts are being utilized by a lot of companies around the world. Almost all contemporary products that we utilize daily have metal parts in it. The purpose of a die casting company is to offer the manufacturing trade with the metal parts desired in the building of products and the manufacturing of goods. When die cast metals are required, a die casting company can design, produce, and assemble a custom made die cast metal product according to customers’ specifications, and also provide machining and finishing needs. These businesses will have in their employ a number of designers, engineers, and machinists. It will have a tool shop, a machining facility, a design area, and big die cast tooling machines to do the work.
A die casting company uses typically non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, zinc, magnesium, tin and lead. These are the simplest metals to mold. These metals have added practical properties such as light weight, non corrosiveness, high tensile strength, thermal and electrical conductivity. Each metal will have these diverse qualities in changeable amounts. The choice of metal will also sway what type of die casting machine will be utilized in its manufacture. The two types of machines are the hot chamber and the cold chamber machines. A great die casting company will offer customers with advisors who will help them decide the finest metal for a certain die cast part. Lastly, a great die casting company will offer completed precision quality products with accurate dimensions, sharp definitions, and a choice of finishes.
