Kinetic Die Casting – Not The Typical Die Casting Company
Kineticdc has customers who purchase more than 40,000 or 100,000 die casting parts per year. We are not the typical #diecasting company. The majority of our customers order less than 5,000 die casting parts of a single type. Some die casting customers will place a single delivery purchase order for 50 or 100 to 300 parts. Other customers will blanket order 1,000 to 5,000 parts but will take partial monthly deliveries of 50 or 100 or more die casting parts a month. A few of our customers will even order less than 50 castings in a year.
Kinetic Die Casting Is Not The Typical Die Casting Company
We love low quantity die casting part purchase orders. We welcome the customers that want fewer parts. We welcome more parts too. The typical die casting part customer that wants several thousand parts each year, we like those customers also. Our deliveries are never affected by the value of the purchase order we receive from our customers.

The typical die casting company demands high quantities of die casting part production purchase orders. Some die casting companies require 10,000 parts to 40,000 parts or even more than 100,000 die casting parts of a single type per year of production purchases. They will refuse the small quantity production part purchase orders.

Kinetic Die Casting Company is doing well. Our customers are very happy with our fast delivery and great quality. We are one of the few remaining die casting companies in California that is willing make low production quantities of aluminum or zinc parts.

Art Mold Die Casting is Closed
Sadly, one of our competitors has closed their operations. Another California Die Casting Manufacturing Company is gone.
Art Mold Die Casting Company 11872 Sheldon Street Sun Valley, CA 91352 is closed. ArtMold started producing die castings in 1978. Nearly 40 years in business here in Southern California. Their commitment to excellence and concern for competitive pricing was an integral part of their growth. Sadly, their demise came at the hands of foreign competitors. They could no longer maintain their high standards of quality while paying increased costs for doing business in California. Art Mold still tried to compete with die casting prices from countries that do not have a minimum wage law, competitors that do not pay insurance costs, they do not pay holiday pay for employees or pay employees for sick days.
Now about my company, Kinetic Die Casting Company.
We are still going strong. My company does an excellent job taking care of my employees with fair wages, paid vacations, paid sick days, and holiday pay. In return, my customers get excellent service, the best product quality and the willingness of my employees to deliver products on time. A small price to pay for world class results. I have agreed with the owner of AMDC that I will honor the prices they have with their existing customers. He also agreed to give me any special tips necessary to make your parts.

We also have customers that order over 100,000 parts a year. We make parts from as small as 1/8” weighing .001 pounds to as large as 17” and weighing 10 pounds. 50 Percent Duty on Aluminum Imports

As the White House prepares to submit the Trans-Pacific Partnership to Congress in the coming months, it has been touting its record on trade enforcement to persuade lawmakers to vote for the 12-nation pact. The United Steelworkers union on Monday upped the ante on that front by asking President Barack Obama to impose a 50 percent duty on aluminum imports from China and other suppliers as soon as July.
The U.S. International Trade Commission would normally take up to six months to investigate the Section 201 petition for global import relief and make recommendations to Obama, who would have another two months to decide what action to take. However, the union is asking the ITC to make a finding of “critical circumstances” within 60 days so Obama can act quickly to keep additional U.S. aluminum smelters from closing.
If the trade panel makes that determination, the president would then have 30 days to approve some of type of provisional relief while the Section 201 case proceeds for another six to eight months, Terry Stewart, a lawyer for the union group, said.
The timing isn’t ideal for Obama’s TPP push. The aluminum case potentially puts the president on the spot by forcing him to decide whether to impose the 50-percent “provisional” duty sought by the steelworkers while the Section 201 investigation proceeds. If he decides against it or puts in place some lesser relief, that could jeopardize potential votes for the TPP pact.
