Jackson Die Casting LLC Plans to Hire 58 Workers
Jackson Die Casting LLC plans to expand its Madison County manufacturing facility, adding nearly five dozen jobs, the company and state officials announced today.
The high-pressure aluminum die casting company said its $4.5 million expansion in Jackson, Tenn. should result in the creation of 58 jobs over a three-year period.
“We’re fortunate to have booked significant new business from current and new customers, requiring us to invest significantly in equipment capacity and increase our employment,” said Bob Tamburrino, president of parent company Key 3 Casting LLC.
Key 3 Casting, based in Dallas, produces metal castings for industrial, aerospace, public infrastructure and automotive applications at the Jackson plant.
Hiring for the new positions will begin after Jan. 1, the company said.

Aluminum Heat Sinks and What They Do
Aluminum heat sinks expels heat from parts and components in electronic applications. Aluminum die cast heatsinks are designed in a way that needs less machining than other manufacturing processes. The cooling fins can be manufactured at the same time as the mounting holes.
