Kinetic Die Casting Continuing Improvements
- We have implemented many new Lean Manufacturing processes for die casting.
- We are shipping die casting parts in many cases the day the parts are produced in the die casting machine.
- Our production quality continues to improve.
- Because of our increased capacity we have improved our delivery time, we delivered more high quality parts in 2012 than in prior years.
- We are using our many die casting mold bases or tool holders from our prior competitor purchases to mount die casting inserts for our customers.
Our Goals for 2013
We will complete our quality certification. We have operated as being Mil-I-4508 and IS0/AS compliant. We are making improvements that will streamline our ISO certification process for our quality certification.
2013 will be a year of great and positive transitions for our U.S. economy and for the U.S. manufacturers, who are our customers. Thank you so much for your business during this past year, and I hope to do more die casting business this coming year with your company.

Not to many years ago, there were over 70 die casting companies in the Southern California area. In 2010, I posted a list of
When I posted the list, (Thursday, December 30th, 2010), there were 26 die casting companies remaining in Southern California. Two (2) years later, five (5) more die casting companies have closed or were taken over. Now, as of December 27, 2012, there are 21 die casting companies remaining in Southern California.
