9/11 Memorial in 2020
The 9-11 terrorist attack was a series of four coordinated Islamic terrorist group attacks by al-Qaeda on the United States on the morning of Tuesday, September 11, 2001. The attacks killed almost 3,000 people, injured over 6,000 others, and caused at least $10 billion in infrastructure and property damage.
They used four airliners operated by two major U.S. airline carriers United Airlines and American Airlines, all of which departed from airports in the northeastern United States bound for California. These airplanes were hijacked by 19 al-Qaeda terrorists. Two of the planes, American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175, were crashed into the North and South towers, respectively, of the World Trade Center complex in New York City. Within an hour and 42 minutes, both 110-story towers collapsed, with debris and the resulting fires causing partial or complete collapse of all other buildings in the World Trade Center complex, including the 47-story 7 World Trade Center tower, as well as significant damage to ten other large surrounding structures. A third plane, American Airlines Flight 77, was crashed into the Pentagon (the headquarters of the United States Department of Defense) in Arlington County, Virginia, leading to a partial collapse of the building’s western side. The fourth plane, United Airlines Flight 93, initially was steered toward Washington, D.C., but crashed into a field in Stonycreek Township near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, after its passengers tried to overcome the hijackers. 9/11 was the single deadliest incident for firefighters and law enforcement officers in the history of the United States, with 343 and 72 killed respectively.

A small leak on your car Radiator can be indicating a larger problem. A cooling system that runs low too often is less efficient and you can damage your cooling system by letting the coolant level get too low. Too little coolant flow can be bad, but at normal and high operating temperatures, the rate at which coolant moves through the radiator does not change the amount of heat that is dissipated by the cooling cores. The amount of cooling will not be reduced even when the mean temperature of the coolant rises and flows faster.
Many cheap coolants do not have the corrosion protection, PH balancing, or sediment prevention that the top-quality coolants do. These low quality coolants do not have the same additives of name brand coolants. To help your engine stay cooler, rev up your engine slightly when you are overheating in traffic to help push more air across the cooling cores and more coolant through the engine.
All water-cooled car radiator parts have an automatically controlled electric fan on the radiator. The way the system is supposed to work is that, after the engine is started, the thermostat on the engine stays closed until the coolant temperature at the ENGINE reaches 87C (189F) degrees. It is the responsibility of the Radiator to keep the coolant temperature from running too high. However, if the temperature is too high it is not necessarily the radiator.
A poor radiator cap will not last as long or stay properly calibrated, and either open at too low or two high a pressure. Make sure your radiator cap is the proper one for your cooling system. Higher pressure means a higher boiling point, which means more efficient cooling. A new radiator cap is usually all that is required for this (but don’t over pressurize your radiator cores and wreck the whole system).
Most Car Radiators’ cooling system failures arise from poor radiator maintenance. Many radiator problems can be prevented with regular maintenance and periodic professional inspections of you car radiator and cooling system. The most common radiator problems are: leaky fittings or seams, fin deterioration and bond failure, electrolysis, cracked tank, and fan damage.

The first Labor Day holiday was celebrated on Tuesday, September 5, 1882, in New York City, in accordance with the plans of the Central Labor Union. The Central Labor Union held its second Labor Day holiday just a year later, on September 5, 1883.
In 1884 the first Monday in September was selected as the holiday, as originally proposed, and the Central Labor Union urged similar organizations in other cities to follow the example of New York and celebrate a “workingmen’s holiday” on that date. Aluminum Heatsink Heat Dissipation 2020
Heat dissipation is the job aluminum heat sinks perform. Heatsinks are typically used in locations where heat needs to be dissipated such as in hydraulics and more typically in electronics applications. In hydraulic applications, heatsinks use air cooling or water cooling to assist in extracting the heat from the protected device. In electronic applications, heatsinks are more commonly expected to work using air-flow to extract heat.
Aluminum heatsinks are commonly made using aluminum die casting. Aluminum die cast heat sinks are manufactured near net shape, meaning these heat sink parts require very little additional machining to use in the desired application. These aluminum heatsinks can be produced at the rate of thousands each day. In many cases, these heat sinks can be installed and used without any additional finish such as powder coat or anodize.
Some heatsinks have been used in computers to remove heat from the electronic circuitry, this extends the life of the “motherboard”. One of the early applications of a heat sink was the aluminum shroud on the television picture tube to extend the life of the picture tube. Now, aluminum heatsinks are designed in most electronic applications to protect the devices from the heat that is naturally generated when electricity interacts with electronic circuits. Many times these heatsinks are incorporated in the enclosure or housing that holds and protects the electronic circuits. This would take advantage of incorporating two devices into one, thus saving money doing so.
When fluids are placed under extreme pressure, heat is generated. Heatsinks are used to prevent damage to the bearings or other moving parts in the hydraulic device.
